Bengal Beat does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match the name on your Bengal Beat account, the deposit will be returned and your account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests on Bengal Beat are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This means if your last deposit was made via bKash, your withdrawal will be sent to your bKash account. Bengal Beat does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, Bengal Beat may request identity verification documents. This is a standard procedure to protect your account and comply with anti-money laundering requirements. Verification is a one-time process and does not affect subsequent withdrawals once completed.
Bengal Beat reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the support team will contact you directly to explain the situation and request any additional information required.
Withdrawal processing times are measured from the point at which your request is submitted and your account is in good standing. Requests submitted during system maintenance windows may experience short delays.
Bengal Beat operates a five-tier Rewards program — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and VIP. Every bet placed on Bengal Beat earns Rewards points, and those points determine your tier at the end of each calendar month. Tier upgrades and downgrades take effect on the first day of the following month.
Weekly cashback is paid every Monday and is calculated based on your net losses during the previous week. Cashback from the Rewards program carries no wagering requirement — the amount credited to your account is yours to withdraw or play with immediately.
Promotional bonuses offered outside the standard Rewards program — such as welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or special event promotions — may carry specific conditions including minimum deposit requirements, game restrictions, or time limits. Game results are generated independently of bet size, account history, tier level, or any other player-specific factor.
Once a game round is completed and the result is displayed, that result is final. Bengal Beat does not reverse game outcomes except in cases where a verified technical error has demonstrably affected the result. In such cases, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, scripts, bots, or any other automated means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
